At The Aesthetics Lounge and Spa Oceanside, we value your time—and ours. To ensure every guest receives the highest level of care and service, we maintain the following cancellation policy:

A $75 fee will be charged for any appointment that is missed (no-show) or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

If your appointment required a booking deposit, it will be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.

To avoid this charge, please cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. You can do so via:

• By phone at (516) 323-2329

• Or by text message

Frequent late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a deposit being required to book future services.
